Thalhimer was tasked with overseeing a significant property repositioning, including major rehabilitation, to this highly desirable community. Work included working closely with the architect to create modern floor plans and add eight additional townhomes. Also assisted in procuring Historic Tax Credits and integrating the operation with Georgetown Apartments, an existing Thalhimer managed community.
Thalhimer was awarded management in December 2011 at which time there were several vacant / off-season apartments. The property’s availability was marketed and leased within 30 days.
